Conference AV equipment as a package in Berlin

Meeting, conference or kick-off: with our conference packages you get PA, wireless mics and video at a fixed price. We deliver, set up, run a sound and image check and pick everything up again.

Three packages for your conference

  • Conference Package S – up to approx. 40 people, €349 net: JBL EON710 active speaker, 2 Shure QLXD2 wireless handheld mics, mixer and presenter. Ideal for meetings and workshops.
  • Conference Package M – up to approx. 120 people, €1,049 net: Coda Audio PA, Yamaha DM3S digital mixer, 2 wireless handheld mics, headset, lectern mic, projector with 4.20 × 2.40 m screen, confidence monitor and presenter.
  • Conference Package L – up to approx. 250 people, €1,999 net: Coda Audio PA for large rooms, 4 wireless handheld mics, 2 headsets, lectern mic, Panasonic PT-RZ120 laser projector, screen, confidence monitor, presenter and laptop.

Always included

  • Delivery, setup and teardown in Berlin (Brandenburg: €150 net surcharge)
  • All required cables, stands and accessories
  • Sound and image check with a short walkthrough
  • Fixed price per rental day, all prices net

Frequently asked questions

Do we need a technician?

Not for a meeting with Package S. For Packages M and L with a digital mixer and several wireless mics, we recommend an on-site technician: half day €300, full day €550 (net).

Can speakers use their own laptops?

Yes. Let us know which ports the laptops have and we'll bring the right adapters. Package L also includes a playback laptop.

Can we stream or record the conference?

Yes. We can add cameras, a video switcher and a stream encoder to any package.

How does booking work?

Choose a package, enter your date and send a non-binding request. We'll then send you a quote. The equipment is only booked once you confirm.
