Wedding AV equipment as a package in Berlin

Sound for the ceremony, clear mics for the speeches and lighting for the party: our wedding packages cover the whole day. We deliver, set up and pick everything up again. All you have to do is celebrate.

Three packages for your wedding

  • Wedding Package S – up to approx. 60 guests, €499 net: Funktion One sound system, wireless handheld mic, mixer with reverb and 8 battery uplights.
  • Wedding Package M – up to approx. 120 guests, €899 net: Funktion One with 18″ subwoofer, 2 wireless handheld mics, lavalier mic for the ceremony, uplights, LED tubes, DJ system and mirror ball.
  • Wedding Package L – up to approx. 200 guests, €1,199 net: Funktion One with 2 subwoofers, 3 wireless handheld mics, uplights, LED tubes, panel lights for speeches and buffet, an extra speaker and a mirror ball.

Always included

  • Delivery, setup and teardown in Berlin (Brandenburg: €150 net surcharge)
  • All required cables, stands and accessories
  • A short walkthrough on site – everything is set up so you can run it yourselves
  • Fixed price per rental day, all prices net

Frequently asked questions

Does it work for an outdoor ceremony?

Yes. From Package M there's a lavalier mic for the ceremony, and Package L adds a speaker for a second area. If there's no power on site, let us know – we'll add a power station.

Do we need a technician?

No. We set everything up, test it and show you how it works. If you'd rather not worry about anything, we can add a technician for the evening.

We have more guests or special requests – is that possible?

Yes. Choose the next size up or tell us what you're planning. We'll put together the right setup for you.

How does booking work?

Choose a package, enter your date and send a non-binding request. We'll then send you a quote. The equipment is only booked once you confirm.
