All-inclusive package M for conferences up to approx. 120 people. Fixed price 1,049 € net per rental day – including delivery, Setup and teardown in Berlin. You save approx. 234 € compared to renting the space individually.

On-site technicians on request: half-day €300, full day €550 (net).

Weekend = 1 rental day.
We are closed on weekends.

  • Price is valid for 1 rental day including delivery, Setup and teardown within Berlin. All prices are net.
  • Delivery to Brandenburg: €150 surcharge, shown at checkout.
  • You take over the operation yourself. On request, onsite technicians: half-day €300, full day €550 (net).
  • Live stream or recording? We are happy to book cameras, image mixers and stream encoders for this purpose.

Self pick-up at the warehouse

The rented equipment can be picked up directly from our warehouse during opening hours. Simply request the equipment you need and select the “Self pick-up” option.

Transport by Akari Audio

Akari Audio offers transport of the rented equipment for an additional fee. The costs depend on the distance and the size of the order and are calculated automatically when you send a request via our website.

Simply add the equipment you need to your request list and select the “Transport” option in your request – the transport costs will then be shown directly.
