AV equipment rental in Berlin: here’s how it works
Rental shop with fixed prices
Over 190 devices, from PA system through DJ equipment and Lighting equipment to projectors and screens. Each item has a fixed price per rental day, and you can check availability directly in the Rental shop.
Pick up or have it delivered
You pick up the equipment at our warehouse at Bessemerstraße 80 in Tempelhof. Or we deliver throughout Berlin and the surrounding area, set everything up and look after your event with a technician.
Weekend for the price of one day
Pick up on Friday, return on Monday – you only pay for one rental day.
Setups for every occasion
For weddings, summer parties, Christmas parties, conferences and influencer events you’ll find ready-made packages with prices.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions about AV equipment rental
An active speaker with a wireless microphone starts at €85 net per rental day, a Funktion One system for up to 50 guests at €90. Delivery, setup and technicians are charged based on time and effort.
Yes, at our warehouse at Bessemerstraße 80, 12103 Berlin-Tempelhof. We are open Monday and Friday from 10 am to 6 pm, Tuesday to Thursday from 10 am to 4 pm. Small systems fit in a car.
Yes, throughout Berlin and the surrounding area. On request, we set everything up and a technician looks after the event.
For weekends in summer and in December, two to six weeks in advance. Short-notice bookings often work too – you can check availability in the Rental shop.
No. Pick up on Friday, return on Monday: we only charge one rental day.
