Rent the Innodeck stage platform 1 x 1 m in Berlin
The Innodeck stage platform 1 x 1 m is a system platform for modular stages. It holds up to 750 kg/m², has a non-slip surface and connects to other Innodeck platforms without tools via a tongue-and-groove system, so you can build a stage in the size you need. At Akari in Berlin, you can rent it individually or as a complete stage.
What is this size good for?
The square platform is ideal for small raised areas such as a speaker's platform or a spot for the DJ or a musician – and for filling corners and edges of larger stages built from 2 × 1 m platforms.
The right height
You set the height with the stage legs: 20 or 40 cm, height adjustable from 60 to 100 cm and from 80 to 140 cm.
Tongue and groove: up to 60% fewer legs
What makes Innodeck special is the tongue-and-groove system: the platforms interlock without tools or extra connectors, so neighbouring platforms share the legs at the joints. A single platform stands on four legs – for a stage made of several platforms, the manufacturer says you save up to 60% of the legs.
Rule of thumb: (platforms along the length + 1) × (platforms along the depth + 1). A 6 × 4 m stage made of twelve 2 × 1 m platforms needs only 20 legs instead of 48, a 6 × 2 m stage made of six platforms 12 instead of 24.

How many legs do I need?
A single platform needs four legs. If several platforms are joined with tongue and groove, they share the legs at the joints. Rule of thumb: (platforms in length + 1) × (platforms in depth + 1). A 6 × 2 m stage made of six 2 × 1 m platforms therefore needs 12 legs instead of 24, a 6 × 4 m stage 20 instead of 48. Send us your stage size – we’ll work out the exact number.
How many platforms do I need?
For a speaker's platform, one or two 1 × 1 m platforms are often enough. In larger stages, you use them to complement the 2 × 1 m platforms when the stage dimensions aren't divisible by two.
Do I need a railing?
Fall protection is mandatory at the open edges of higher stages. Matching Safety railings and stairs can be added to your rental.
